At Shop Panasonic USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your electronics, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Item

  Carefully pack the product in its original Panasonic packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our technicians verify the unit.
